Loved our a double room, it was excellent and updated. The staff was extraordinary service-minded, efficient.

the room itself was comfy, outstanding with a queen bed and had essentials i needed. the hotel had a good location a super close walk to an arts theater.

Business hotel in a downtown area very close to the restaurant at dinner and have excellent coffee and Argentina and Chile. Nice staff throughout. Fine, cozy units provided with twin beds and the bathroom, as example. Marvellous location - minutes away from an arts theater. Great overall experience.

Unbeatable location in a main avenue. Reasonably large and updated room with stunningly beautiful views. Extremely helpful and professional staff all over the place.

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The view of the sea was absolutely gorgeous, really enjoyed it.

The location was perfect, right in the center of all the action. The room was lovely with comfortable furnishings, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of the free computers on the first floor. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Don Luis again.

Had marvellous location in house restaurant was very good, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Armas. And near the centre of town and popular bars/restaurants.

Loved the spectacular view from our room on the 8th floor, although some buildings partially blocked it. The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The language barrier with the reception was easily overcome, ensuring smooth communication. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is fairly clean, simple hotel and the staff is very kind and pleasant. It is in great and awesome location to Mall Paseo Costanera, set steps away from the venue. Thanks a lot for the fairly nice stay, no complains at all.
